No, it snows very little and it depends on each winter. The village is south facing and as the sun rises, the snow melts very fast. They throw salt on the road often and there is almost never any ice.

In 2014, there are 17 of us.

It is celebrated on 15th August. During the festival food there about 100 people.

It is a sheep farm. In the village there are two herds, one with about 900 sheeps and the other about 450.

In Sort there is medical consultation and for any other service, we have to go Tremp.
Where do children go to school
They go to Sort with school transport.
You have done a very radical change from the city to the Pyrenees, has been the adaptation difficult?
All changes are difficult, but the children quickly adapted to school. The villagers helped us a lot.
And up here, what do you do?
We like to think that we left the hectic pace of the city to savor the time otherwise. We can fish all day, the house is great and we have a garden. But we also find time to make a good breakfast, walking, reading, doing handwork or doing nothing.
There are no shops in the village, how do you manage?
In Sort we have all basics things. When we want shops and shopping streets, we go to Lleida, Andorra or Granollers. Maybe 2 or 3 times a year… We love online shopping.
